Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Korn, Bush, Papa Roach and many more will be featured at Rock On The Range, the long-running hard rock festival returning to Columbus, Ohio in its seventh year. The 2013 fest will take place May 17-19 at Columbus Crew Stadium.

The lineup, which is top-heavy with 90s stars, also includes power-pop pioneers Cheap Trick, rising rap-rockers Hollywood Undead, long-running Canadian group Three Days Grace and Stone Sour, which will release "House of Gold & Bones - Part 2" later this year.

Soundgarden will take the stage in Columbus six months after releasing its long-awaited sixth studio album, "King Animal." Meanwhile, Alice in Chains has previewed the follow-up to 2009's "Black Gives Way To Blue" with the new single "Hollow" last month. "We're really looking forward to returning to Rock On The Range with a batch of brand new killer Alice tunes to play for everyone!" says guitarist Jerry Cantrell in a press statement.

With that said, what are the bookers for Rock on the Range waiting for in adding a local 90s influenced "grunge" band to the bill? Sign up and get Thee Now Sound added to Rock on the Range 2013!
