Generally, I've been too busy at work (and visited at my desk too often ) to participate. My boss and coworkers have no respect for my desire not to be talked to.

It was the lack of outlets in which to complain about it. Honestly, I hadn't even been curious about it, but the availability of this board alone makes me want to look up the schedule so I won't get lost during the bitching.
