I liked the set and enjoyed it more listening back to it a couple times. The appearance of the band confirmed my stereotypes of what all Australians must look like. The little black hats, acid washed jeans, frizzy blond hair, neckerchief.

Hi, I'd like to enjoy your tapes, but I've never been able to get your dl's to unzip properly on my mac..

Would you mind running me thru it one more time?

Any band who plays out of tune guitars with confidence gets my approval. Australian bands also tend to have tall bass players with gigantic hands, but, I don't think this guy fit the stereotype. My mac does fine with these, btw.

The only let down at this show was that one of the bartenders ran my card twice and then gave me a void receipt. That's a new one. Who the fu#$ does that? So, 3 PBRs and 2 Stellas cost me $43. It came with a $2 atm fee. Was I getting punk'd in honor of my 3,500th night out? So much for NO COVER EVER.

So, I guess I bring back the void slip and say, "Yeah. OK, well, uh, we found, uh, this mouse in a bottle of YOUR BEER, eh. Like, we was at a party and, uh, a friend of ours - a COP - had some, and HE PUKED. And he said, uh, come here and get free beer or, uh, he'll press charges."

Uh, dude. Your void didn't work. The good news is I probably paid for some of Circle Pit's gas money.
