I'm glad denovo is out of town tonight as making a decision regarding which show to see would be very difficult.


I hear the Ravari Room is pretty cool and the sound system is killer.

I wasn't particularly impressed with the sound (but it was better than most places around town) it's a decent place...a little too heavy on the red lighting though.

...and who can resist pizza after 10-12 beers?

the show was sweet! mortimur is lovely!..drums a little quiet.

Flotation Walls are funny...
I can appreciate a group of individuals who aren't afraid to be nerds.

the sound was a little harsh for vocals and such.
way too much treble for my sensitive ears, bad mics? sound guy?
not sure... but hopefully the crinks in that place will work themselves out as time moves forward.

and it would be nice if they had a place for the bands to keep
their equiptment instead of amps becoming seating for drunkards.

overall, the Ravari room gets my approval.
I love the bar.. comfortable. friendly staff.
options for seating...booths, bar stools, CLEAN tables... and the aroma of hound dogs .. mmm...
very cool indeed.
