Ty Segall is probably my favorite one man band right now, but admittedly I just started listening.

Saw the Oh Sees open for the Fall a while back. I thought they were really good. They sounded a lot like the Vaselines.

The Oh Sees records are great. Highben played Sucks Blood at Bobo at some point last year and I was hooked. I hear they are awesome live. Adam Smith says so too, so that should be enough. Dwyer's bands are always solid live.

The Ty Segall stuff I'm listening to right now on myspace is really great too.

And of course Sic Alps are stupid good.
