Death Penalty? If SMU got it for academic fraud I don't see any reason to spare Penn St. Maybe it'll get their offense out of the 20th century.

SMU recieved the death penalty becuase they had a payroll not a roster, they were paying salaries every 2 weeks like a company would. They recieved the death penalty because they created a competitive imbalance

Im sure the NCAA will try to disassociate the 2, however hiding these attrocities to make sure it doesnt affect recruiting seem to create a big time competitive imbalance to me.
They need the death penalty as well
