This one is real, I'm pretty sure. According to an article today, the big hangup apparently was Apple wouldn't let Verizon install a bunch of Crapware on the phone. I'll be disappointed if Apple caved. |

yeah, the announcement will be tomorrow, and the release will be thurs feb 3rd. apple has blocked any retail staff from taking vacation days feb 3rd - 6th, and they usually release new products on a thurs. but more importantly, when am i gonna get my hands on either the htc thunderbolt or the motoroloa droid bionic? everything i saw from CES on those just made me fall in love! a year ago i was dying for a verizon iphone, but now with those two androids on the horizon, i don't even think i care about the apple. |

Was trying to hold out for this but my previous phone died months ago, so I ended up with a Droid Incredible which has actually been a pretty cool phone. Now I'm torn...the maniacal Apple fanboy me and the common sense me are gonna go wrestle now. |
