I think it got easier to understand (or I got better at deciphering it) as the movie went on but that's the main reason I'm surprised this film has had as much mainstream success as it has. Aside from that minor nitpick I thought it was really good and I don't typically like westerns. |

Ya'll haven't hung around Southeastern Ohio enough. I understood the whole thing. Seems like it might have been a storytelling device though, as Mattie was the only character that enunciated. |

Shit, so the best Coen Bros. movie to date is a remake? Good God I really loved this movie. The dialogue was so engaging and funny and just amazing! Fucking Jeff Bridges! Who was that girl bc she was amazing in her role? and Matt Damon...why did I have to like you in this movie. I left the theatre happy and will a tear in my eyes...BRAVO! |
