heh. Anyway, I dig the blog. I do have a problem with the idea that healthy food always equals expensive food (RE: the article on low cost=unhealthy). Although I definitely agree that this can happen, I disagree that it's actually cheaper. I can cook a decent meal at home far cheaper than eating even at fast food joints, but the rub is most people don't want to buy the basic ingredients to make things, or they lack the time/skills without proper management.

I've been talking to some like-minded food friends about maybe teaching a class to teach people how to create simple, fairly low cost and healthier-than-eating-out meals. Just a brainstorm at the moment, but I think it could go over well in the current economic and food climates.

You really need to pickup some Clay Shirky.

His keynote at SXSW was definitely one of the top 2-3 lecture-type things I've heard.
