$200? I would buy the next-generation (June 2010) of the iPod Touch. That's probably the best bang for your buck. Music, Internet, Apps, Camera, etc.

yes, the flipHD has way better PQ than a cellie.
not as good as a $500 hd camcorder, but for pocket size, almost nothing beats it.

If you are going to buy a pocket video recording device, get the Kodak Zi8. It records 1080p @ 30fps and 720p @60fps. In my opinion, it's better than the Flip Ultra HD.
