Howdy, old friends. It's been a while since we uprooted ourselves from the mountains of Columbus to head for the mountains of Colorado. There's been a lot of music and other stuff in the past 5 years. In the most recent of those past 5 years, we produced and completed a feature film. The movie will make its debut (or "premiere," as they call it in this here film industry) at the Sonoma International Film Festival next week (Saturday, April 17, 2010). You can find out more about the movie here: http://LeadingLadiesMovie.com "Why would I care about a dance movie starring people from television's So You Think You Can Dance?" you might ask yourself. Well... because the soundtrack features music from local musicians like Earwig, Chris Forbes, The Randys, etc... Also because it's not your typical "dance movie." It's more along the lines of Juno or Little Miss Sunshine where there's an actual story and some fun developments with the characters, not to mention a slew of quotable lines. The proverbial "they" is saying our film is "sure to be a cult classic." Thanks for taking a look. Hope all's well with the Columbus music scene! Peace. -db ... |

We won the juried showcase award at The Sonoma International Film Festival this past weekend! Everyone's asking where they can get the soundtrack! |

That's great! The juried showcase award is a big deal. Are there DVD copies available of Leading Ladies yet? If not, when and how to get one? The trailer looks pretty damn good. |
