I've been working my day gig for about 6 years and haven't had any problems, yet, other than a general lack of interest at times. My eyes glaze over, my breathing pattern slows down, everything blurs and I almost fall out of my chair. It's just not natural to sit like that all day. I leave my desk as often as possible (which is at least once an hour), and take walks during breaks (you gotta hit the stairs, not the elevator) when my schedule allows. I also run 3-7 miles after work at least a couple times a week. I think that helps more than anything else.
Bring back the siesta!
I still think the keyboard should be updated. For a largely right-handed world the qwerty keyboards are heavily loaded for left-handers (with the extremely popular letters a, s, d, c, e, r, t featured on the left hand side).
