I'm not entirely sure that the test question is being accurately interpreted. And I must admit that part of my reluctance lies in the fact that the people concerned about this are also concerned about the KBR detention camps (and likely the birth certificate, etc.).

Looking at the other options - all of which would be considered "high-level terrorism" - I don't think that the test is an attempt to make protesters worse than bombers, is it? Maybe "low-level" means that there is potential for terrorism, but that it's not necessarily a concern. And to be fair, a decent number of the anti-government crowd does kinda seem to enjoy stockpiling weapons, not paying taxes, and other illegal activities.

Furthermore, I guess I find it amusing that when people started complaining about these issues several years ago, we were told to STFU and move to Canadia or something. "You have nothing to fear if you've done nothing wrong" kind of crap.

Why did so many find it more acceptable when a rich Republican dude was the one calling this same shot, even when many people mentioned that the expansion of power would be a bad thing when their political enemies gained office?

But whatever. It bothers me that Obama is continuing in some of Bush's trends, although I still say it's too soon to say what his motives are. Considering how many of the people assed up about this also are in the "ZOMG HES A COMMUNIST ISLAM SLEEPER CELL!" camp, buying so much ammo that the stores are running out, etc.,... well, I don't know. I do agree that protests should not be labeled "terrorism" if that helps, but I also wonder if this is a lingering problem or a new one; my bet is on lingering.
