i've read and heard so much about this for so long, and all watching it does is show you just how GOOD a movie this could have been if they'd have made NONE of the choices they made for the movie it became.

don't get me wrong . . . still not unseating ghost-rider . . . but, man, is this fucker bad.
i hadda go buy the squishy-book version of evil dead 1 as well as a copy of army of darkness the very next day just to get the taste out of my mouth . . . no lie.

Falls into the "the suburbs are so hard!" genre that is also populated by American Beauty and Revolutionary Road, among others. Do get me wrong, the Jackie Earl Haley character is great, and I would have loved a movie about him, but everything else about this film bored the shit outta me.

Right now I'm watching Frankenstein's Castle of Freaks. It's hosted by Elvira. So, I'm pretty sure it's going to be a hunk of shit.

Zach and Miri make a porno. Wow, this was really, really, bad. Maybe one laugh out loud moment, maybe, and that's just because I liked the leads and I felt bad for them. I know there are a few Kevin Smith fans on here so please tell me what it is about this guy you like. How does he still get to make movies? I haven't laughed at one of his movies since the "four roads" scene in Chasing Amy. Ah well, next...

I watched The Spirit last night and I gotta say, it was a piece of shit but it was definitely an entertaining piece of shit. I'd say give it a watch if you like comic book movies.

I think my favorite movies are ones that don't take themselves too seriously and The Spirit definitely does that.

I knew it would suck, I really did but I wanted to watch something on BlueRay with cool special effects...they FX didn't make up for the utter pile of shit this movie is

Clash of the Titans (remake of course)-Love this joint when I was a kid. I knew there would be some serious suck but I figured with the advance in movie FX since 1981 there would be some redeeming qualities. Boy was I FUCKING WRONG. They should have just filmed the cast from the remake literally shitting on copies of the original because I'd rather watch some scat than this garbage movie.

Langoliers was on TV a few weeks ago, I stuck with it to the end just because I wanted to see how they would interpret the ending with mid 90’s special effects…
It still hurts to think about it.

lol, my girlfriend watched that since we noticed it was on and she had just read the book recently. I walked in and out since I had seen it when it originally aired and had no real desire to sit through it again but was hoping to see that scene because I remembered it being so laughable. I forgot and thought it was going to be at the end of the movie though (didn't remember the whole fying back stuff) so i missed it. Probably for the best.
