Duffy was just complaining the other day that CD101 doesn't play enough PAULA ABDUL.

All ages. Tickets are only $5.00 on sale now. Ticket admissions benefit the CD101 For Kids Charity. Confirmed bands performing are: The Sun, X-Rated Cowboys, Watershed, The Honeys, The Townsmen, Thee Invaders & Hex On Wheels. Additional bands will be announced soon.

Just down the road @ Factory the Fruit Bats and Moviola will be playing, and I plan on going to that. Maybe I'll go to this and catch the earlier bands.

Some thoughts about CD 101 i had over the weekend.

1st. VERY pleased to hear them play the polyphonic spree...especially since as far as i can tell it was in normal rotation and not during any type of special programming.

2nd. Just curious why they seem to have put The Streets into heavy rotation now, when all the hype about them is pretty much over and done with. I think that disc is over a year old now and i've never heard them play it before and i heard the song (don't know the name) 3 times over the weekend.
