actually, nobody really knows when it's coming out... that date's pretty arbitrary.

Carlos takes his times, a feels no shame in doing so. I wouldn't hold my breath, but I would if it'd help.

i remember one of the first incarnations of the flotation walls, playing with my band a few others - who have since branched out into di di mao, el jesus, cinema eye, dub noir... this list goes on - it was carlos, pat campbell and this kid brian. it was amazing pop even then. this show happened at the sugar shack long ago with the stigmatics and yalan from dame fate. oh those days were great.

Dude!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was there. Those were the f'in days. Flotation Walls as a home recorder geek club where we would get these random calls on Saturdays, or whatever day worked out the best. "Carlos, bring a keyboard, Brain (Brian Szente, by way currently records under the names Slow Ghost and Alton Avery...he's the most prolific musician ever, if you can ever pry one of his 10,000,000,000,000,000 records from his cold, dead hands, it garunteed to be the best music you've ever heard) bring your gut fiddle, the album subject is Pirates" -- when the hell is THAT record seeing the light of day again?

P.S. You can hear new music by The Flotation Walls, Slow Ghost, 16 Bitch Pile-Up, The Listening Party, and oh yeah, that Marvin the Robot piece o crap by picking up Without Annette: More Songs About Tightropes at Magnolia's Thunderpussy, or e-mailing me at da8withikea@yahoo.com

We are self-releasing. I don't know what the status of We Want Action is but as far as I know they are still putting stuff out.
