Ladyfest Ohio is a non-profit feminist arts and activism festival based in Columbus and scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend 2004. The festival is dedicated to promoting the artistic talents and political goals of women (past, present, future). We refuse the separation between art and activism and aim to make our voices heard. Ladyfest Ohio is an all-inclusive, women-run event, and all are welcome to attend. The festival will include workshops, film/video, music, visual arts, performance and more. All events are meant to build a stronger community for women in Columbus and throughout Ohio. We believe in community building at all levels and aim to foster a strong feminist movement through our art and activism, while also making Ladyfest Ohio inclusive, representative and accessible. All funds raised by Ladyfest Ohio 2004 will go to the Central Ohio Abortion Access Fund and the Girlz Rhythm and Rock Camp of Ohio. For more information please visit http://www.ladyfestohio.org
