man, I was there. There I was...in the T-H-I-C-K when Chris got thrown from the frying pan into the fire. Flame, flame, flame... Me and my buddy Matt (also of the Gospel, The ByGones and The Earwig) was outside of The Cafe Bour-bOn Street , just playing rock, scissors, paper, minding our own bees wax and out comes big ol' C-H-R-I-S f'ing Mc-C-O to the Y. And WHAMMO...that shit happened outta nowhere's. Twas a site to see. We was all a rollin' a round and blood'sa squirtin'. Laughin'...crying. CAll the COPS call the C-O-P-S!!!!!!!!!! Jacknife. shit Chris, run, run little tucky boy, run!!!!! I hope and pray that everyone's alright now.... it was Ugly. and I will never forget it. Chris McCoy is a real American hero. |

James from Apple of Discord just emailed me to say that he won't be playing the show. Unfortunately, his show in Buffalo tonight was cancelled so it would basically mean he'd have to drive 10 hours just to play for 20 to 30 minutes. He's decided to cut his losses and stay at home. He apologizes for backing out at the last minute. (Jason, you should have gotten an email from James and he said he'd call you too.) |

Damn, Chris is a big boy to try to throw out of anywhere....I wouldn't mess with him....though he seems more gentle than Bambi. He and I fighting would make a hilarious picture though...I come up to his knees I think. Maybe we should try to stage this. |
