Hello folks, Wren will be performing, along with several other bands from the local area, for a shot at Rockapalooza, on August 4, at Scarlet and Grey cafe. While I imagine most of you have no idea who we are, that's fine. However, as a relatively new band with much to offer, we invite you to please come to one of our shows leading up to the Aug 4 event for an opportunity to find out what we're offering in the area of original music. Previously in June, we played at Bethel Road Pub, and recently were a local spotlight artist on Columbus Underground and also performed in Cleveland with several other great Ohio bands. Leading up to the battle for Rockapalooza on Aug 4, we'll be playing at Bethel Road Pub on July 14, with Far Away Strays and The Smith Bros. On July 21, we'll be downtown at MadLabs Volatility Festival performing at 6 pm. A September gig at Skully's is currently being finalized an look forward to sharing the date for it very soon. As with any show where covers are concerned, we do have to sell tickets for the August 4th Scarlet and Grey show. Please contact us via email if you're interested in one. thebandwren@gmail.com or talk to us at one of our shows prior to August 4. They're $7 in advance. $10 day of the show, and $10 for under 21. This event is going on today!! Several interesting bands from around the area will be attending. Wren is going on at 6:30 pm. Hope to see some new band discovering there!! |
