ANIMAL CUBES
Born like many musical endeavors, Animal Cubes came together in a dingy basement tainted with the neighbors cat shit and stale beer. The boys play loudly in dingy bars in and around Columbus OH that are also tainted with stale beer. They also record every so often, and if the facility where they record does not reek of stale beer, they usually remedy that problem(in Joel's case, stale root beer). Like many bands with too many influences, Animal Cubes walks a line between punk and powerpop. RIYL: old Husker Du, Hot Snakes
