Right now I'm listening to:

Chris Lee - Cool Rock - Track #4 "Lately I Want You"

This is my first Chris Lee experience. Good stuff. His publicist sent me an advance copy of the CD which I believe is due out in June. Soulful and, at times, timeless sounding. I could easily imagine hearing some of these songs in 1987. Nice sprinkling of horns throughout the first few songs as well.

this is really good, fuzzy-ass, psychedelic electronic stuff (except i think it's mostly analog tape manipulation shit). an interesting mix of more abstract stuff like boards of canada, and more pop stuff like flaming lips. man, it's just GOOD. fun effin music.
