The Black Keys on NPR's Fresh Air yesterday

At first I wanted to strangle Terry with all the fucking questions about commercials. Yes I know that is an aspect to what has broken them through as a band to a bigger audience, but their hard work all these years seems to take a backseat in the way the media presents the band.

Fortunately, the guys mentioned vans smelling like pee and we got a decent interview in the end. I expected a little more from Terry than the same shit everyone asks in interviews. WTF?

gave up on t. gross when i took special care to tune in when she had neil young on once and all she did was hit him with the worst barbra walters shiz about his kids and their way unfortunate ailment. it wasn't even a plug for the bridge school or anything. just a total waste of an interview.

I love the Black Keys, and annoying you. No deal.

But as far as Terry goes, she used to be a real great interviewer. I don't know what happened to her but now she asks questions I would expect some guest DJ who won some shitty contest on VH-1 Classic.
