Utterly freakin' awesome show. They aren't the ridiculously well-oiled rock machine they were in 1980, but they more than made up for it with spirit and fun. I'd never seen Devo look like they were having a good time before. The sound was great, the three tunes they played from the new record were all well chosen, and the stage show was an utter blast to experience. All that and the most bizarre Booji Boy encore I've ever seen... |
