Snoop Dogg will star in "Doggy Fizzle Televizzle," a weekly variety show that premieres June 22 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. MTV says it has initially ordered six episodes of the series. A pilot aired on the network in December.

Oh boy! I saw the pilot for this mother and I will go on record saying that this piece of pop cultural treasure is indeed hilarious. Thrill to the adventures of Captian Pimp, with his incredible inflating pimpin' hand! Yes oh yes this is funny stuff. Snoop is probably one of the few major rappers who doesn't take himslef too seriously, and who's willing and able to poke fun at himself and his often silly doggy style...Can't wait to see more.

I saw the pilot for Doggy Fizzle Televizzle over the New Years Break and I saw it again last week. It is genious. I particularly love "Becoming Snoop Dogg". Pure genious, I repeat.

I saw a smal portion of the pilot back in December... I remember seeing strange 70's visuals and thinking it was so stupid that it was funny. I think the same thing when I suddenly hear the promo announcement by that same goofy voice, "Girls Gone Wild... DOGGYSTYLE!"
