At least 30 Athens people in attendance.
Crowd fairly energized with a fun push-n-shove up front.
Interesting setlist with good bit of old stuff.
Sound: Wall of Crap.
Gibby: Bored, Boring.
Paul Leary seemed into it and played some wicked stuff (what could be heard through the mess), but even he and the films couldn't save this show from mediocrity.

Show was amazing. Great set. Gibby did keep messing uop a bit here and there. Couldn't tell if it was stage or not (probably the latter). Stoked to have seen it. $23 was a bit high butt who cares, I will probably never see it again.

How were Psychic Ills? They almost pulled me into going

I saw Butthole Surfers sometime in the mid 90's and found it mediocre back then as well, though I do like them

why are they are touring? do they even have something new?
i too saw them in the 90's.. thought they were 'okay'..
i never knew anyone who was a huge BS fan.
