yeah definitely zelda 1.

the mario games have some good themes too.

i spent sooooo much time playing yars revenge when i was little but I honestly don't remember the music at all. i'll have to see if I can find a clip.

Castlevania 1, 2, and 3 for the NES. So brutal. Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2 was thrashy and awesome. Metriod is sweet too. Punch out rules. Mega man 1-6, the list goes on! The NES has the best music. Minibosses rule, I hope we can bring them to our fair town sooner than later.

I remember being at a Rancid Yak Butter Tea Party show at Ruby's where they played all songs from Mega Man 1-5 I think. There was like no one there, but it was incredible.
