Ya know, it sounds exactly like all of his solo stuff with keys and old drum machines replacing the usual guitar/drums/bass format.

one time i mixed diet coke with milk when i was ten and called it an experiment. i was comfortable enough with myself to call it power juice, or something like that.... because i liked diet coke and milk.....then i had my younger brother drink some and he became very sick and threw up for like an hour straight. I felt really bad because i love my brother and didn't mean to make him so sick by combining two things that most people normally like separately.

I've heard the first 30 seconds so far. All I can say is the ONLY thing that will make up for this is a full-on Soundgarden reunion. Short of that, I'm turning in my "Chris Cornell FanClub Membership" card.

Cornell's good stuff stands on it's own. This album just isn't good music. It doesn't work. I didn't like his last album either, I just thought it was a snooze fest, but I love the dude's pipes. I'm trying to like what he does....really. But this thing bombed.
