The harmonic metal trio known as King's X is playing in Columbus this weekend (tonight?). The opening bands have names that I have never heard. So I happened to be checking the Bogart's site (Cincinnati rock club similar to Columbus's Newport) and see that FISHBONE is opening for King's X there sometime soon. FISHBONE. FISHBONE. FISHBONE. I've been craving Fishbone lately ("Truth and Soul", hands down, is one of the greatest albums ever). There is no way I can make to Cincy for the show, so for that I say "Thanks King's X. Thanks for nothing."
