There is nothing on that MySpace saying what Terrastock actually is, can you give me a brief primer?

This is the band list from the last terrastock festival. I don't think they've announced any bands for 7 yet. A lot of psych, krautrock type bands.

Bardo Pond (PA)
Black Forest/Black Sea (RI)
Brothers of the Occult Sisterhood (Australia) first ever USA appearance
Charalambides (CA/MA)
Cul de Sac (MA)
Damon and Naomi (MA)
Fursaxa (PA)
Ghost (Japan) last ever USA appearance, maybe?
Glenn Jones (MA)
The Green Pajamas (WA)
Kemialliset Ystvt (Finland) first ever USA appearance
Kinski (WA)
The Kitchen Cynics (Scotland)
Sharron Kraus (England)
Landing (CT)
Larkin Grimm (RI)
Lightning Bolt (RI)
The Magic Carpathians Project (Poland)
Major Stars (MA)
Marissa Nadler (NY)
MV & EE with the Bummer Road (VT)
Paik (MI)
PG Six (NY)
Jack Rose (PA)
Salamander (MN)
St Joan (England)
Bridget St John (England)
Spacious Mind (Sweden)
Spires that in the Sunset Rise (IL)
Tanakh (Italy/Canada)
Thought Forms (England) first ever USA appearance
Urdog (RI)
Windy & Carl (MI)
plus Special Guest Appearance by TOM RAPP of Pearls Before Swine playing PBS songs backed by members of Ghost, Damon & Naomi and Black Forest/Black Sea

some early confirmed bands

Kinski
Jack Rose
Damon and Naomi

and while not officially confirmed, it's a pretty safe bet bardo pond (or at least one of their offshoots) will be there.

I enjoyed Blackshaw at Wex but the real kicker was the couple furiously making out in the center of the room. I am going to try to go to this fest before I go to the big house.

I am so pumped for this. I went last year in Rhode Island, my first music festival, and it was beyond incredible. The food was good the atmosphere was cool, and the bands knocked my socks off. I was delirious for days afterwards. No words can describe Bardo Pond's set...

littleone...were the band set times such that you could see every band if you wanted even though there were 2 stages? I think it looked that way from a set list I saw back then but i can't remember for sure.

re:

Yeah, one band would play and finish on the first stage, and then you would walk like 10 ft to the 2nd stage where the band would either be warming up or playing already. and if you didn't like the band that was playing on the first stage, you could always check out the band on the 2nd stage doing their sound check.

How does this fest work? It is it a camping thing or do you have to leave the grounds? Indoor or outdoor? I am liking the looks of the lineup, its a nice change from the typical hippy fest or indie fest.

not a camping thing so you'd need a hotel/place to stay. all the previous ones have been indoors but from what i've read they're intending to try to have at least one outdoor stage this time.
