I've never heard that one before. I haven't listened to The Power of Pussy in forever, but a friend of mine burned me a copy yesterday and it was 1992 all over again.

One of my favorite times listening to Lucinda was when Montie was doin a soundcheck at a christian festival blarring Lucinda (cause its mixed very well and it sure as hell beats Steely Dan) and like all the reps from the christian fest were like "we sure cant find anything wrong with this, but we know its wrong" and then their reps talked to our reps and poor Montie had to change to U2. Lucinda rulz! And thanks to M for turnin me on to her. ha ha.

Brimstone Howl - Guts of Steel

This LP is sick, 100% garage rock, 100% fun. If your a fan of the nuggets box set or garage rock you will love it. STreet date 5-22 but you can order it from the Bomp! store now. 2nd release Alive has put out this year that kicks ass, Dan from the Black Keys had his hands on this one too.

The most recent records from The Tragically Hip. Lucinda Williams, Arcade Fire, Kings of Leon. Spoon, Kenne Brothers. Occasionally cranking up "Between the Eyes" by Love Battery. I never get sick of that one.
