Billy are you out of your MIND? Normal totally tops Famous Past Lives! I'll give you "Ski Instructor," but "Sleepless," "Still Fucked" and "Heaven Hates Me" are some of the most incredible songs I have ever heard. Famous Past Lives is a good record (very good actually), but I'll take Normal any day.

I've tried many many times to get into Interpol but I just couldn't make it happen. I mean, I really tried.

I love Normal. It's sweet. But I had heard all of those songs live and in earlier recorded form many times before I got it. So 6 of the 7 tracks were old hat to me.

The first time I heard FPL, the whole disc was brand new to me. So it kind of blindsided me, like a COTA full of hits: Best of The Worst, My Own Type, Souvenir...

You know he's right. You really can't stop the bum rush. It can't be done.

Neil Finn is totally underrated. I still love Try Whistling This, I'll have to check out the Peake-mentioned one.

The Mighty and the Miranda- two stellar releases. Buy them NOW.

I'm too tired to be witty today.

Me likes Penny.

That super chorus in the title track of Try Whistling This is so big and gorgeous, it makes me want to dance around like a pixie.

You know, I really should have put The Polyphonic Spree on my top 20 list.
