By adding yourself to our Frappr map, I get a visualization of where all the donewaiting.com visitors are from. I know Ohio represents well, but I want to see it.

And adding yourself takes 12 seconds..

This reminds me, have people seen the satellite images on google's map sight? It's fucking cool as hell, though a bit "big brother" scary.

Go to http://maps.google.com/maps?q=columbus,+oh&hl=en and then click "satellite" in the upper right hand corner. It's a fucking photograph that zooms in close enough to see my backyard in German Village. What's even cooler is clicking "hybrid" to see the street map and photo merge. Seriously cool.

Now all they have to do is link it up to a big lazer and...

I've seen that hat on James Wagner in the dailies of a local short produced by Bill of Bygones and his brother Adam. I believe the tentative title is "Some-ting Wong in Hong Kong".
To (almost) get back on thread, my redheaded stepchild's maternal grandPOP kept her amused w/that Google Earth for a good portion of last Thursday's meal prep time, largely in search of Bankor Wat close-ups. Cool site, indeed.

Hey Spliney, clean up the backyard. Don't think that we can't use Google Earth to see the garbage piling up behind the house. Oh yeah, how WAS that episode of "Everybody Loves Raymond" that you were watching when the satellite took a picture of your house?
