Way to go dickhead. Anyone have any insight on this? Jawbreaker? Anyone? I can't imagine it will happen, but then I have said that a lot about shit that's happened lately.

Anything co-sponsored by Sensenbrenner should be approached with all caution.

I kind of have mixed feelings on the 22nd, and term-limits in general, but off-hand, I don't recall what exactly the mechanism is for repealing an amendment. I imagine it would be instructive to look at Prohibition. My guess is (hopefully) it takes more than a wave of the Congressional Magic Wand™. I imagine it takes 2/3 of the States for ratification.(or whatever the threshold is for a Const. Amendment)

Dickbags introduce crazy shit all the time, but this is a new one...

(FWIW, that Bill appears to still be in committee. I imagine it's one of those "Bills" that get introduced every year, regardless of outcome)

There is also a mechanism for convening a constitutional convention. But it has never been done and would likely result in total chaos, followed by the forming of a new government.
