Just a thought. The redistricting in Texas turned two seats to the Republicans, seems like something that Rove & Co. would like to push in Ohio to lock it up next time around.

Thoughts?

Although I'm not really versed in "tactical" politics, I doubt it. The split between the Blue/Red areas of Ohio are quite distinct, and I doubt that it would be easy or effective (like that that ever stopped a politician). There are few "Republican" areas of Cleveland, for instance.
