ok, we are considering buying a new house but are very interested in keeping this one and using it as a rental property. Just looking for feedback and if anyone knows someone(s) who would be interested. It's an old house (1870), three bedrooms, new AC/Furnace, three car driveway, two car garage with a studio built on top with electric and heat (it once contained Moviola's recording studio), wood floors and is in a historic book. We would look for graduate students, or responsible adults.....Right off of High Street and one block south of Clintonville.
Moviola practiced and recorded in the garage for years, and it's a great place for artists, bands and other folks looking for a nice old house to live in.

Hey, very and pleasantly suprised by the interest in the house. We have found a renter who plans on using some of the space for musical endeavors. It is our hope that we can continue to rent the house out to artists and muscians. It is odd for us because, except for a brief time in Florida we have always lived in the campus/c'ville area but we will continue to city dwellers as our liberal tendencies would not allow to us to flee the city.
thanks,
Bela
