has anybody here ever roasted a whole hog? or hired somebody to do it for you? just curious. i have the sudden urge to bbq a whole hog. |

Yes. I've roasted a whole hog. There's different ways to go about it. You could bury it, or cook it over coals. I've even seen some people use an engine lift to hold the hog, which was pretty genius, because they were able to adjust the height of the pig, depending on the fire temperature. |
