Dunno about stuff that may not be listed yet, but I can say there are a number of places around me in south Bexley have been on the market a while and are now touting "new price" on the sign.

And if you want to live in that area, why Berwick or central Eastmoor? Unless you like the excitement that higher crime rates bring...
